(모스크바 2016년 10월 28일 PRNewswire=연합뉴스) 제5회 연례 오픈 이노베이션 포럼(Open Innovations Forum)이 이달 26일부터 28일까지 Skolkovo Technopark에서 개최됐다. 이번 행사는 러시아의 혁신적 생태계를 발전시키기 위한 중요한 행사였다. 이번 포럼에는 100개국 이상에서 1만3천500명의 관람객, 600명의 연사가 참가했으며, 100개 이상의 세션이 열렸다. 또한, 300곳 이상의 투자사 및 벤처금융사, 약 1천200명의 혁신적인 구조 대표와 2천 명 이상의 기업대표, 3천 곳의 스타트업 기업이 포럼에 참가했다.

Skolkovo Technopark에서 3일간 개최된 올해 행사는 열린 토의, 관련 회의 및 협력사와 투자사 모색을 위한 기회의 장이 됐다. 포럼의 성공은 달성된 회의와 계약 수를 통해 직접 알 수 있는 것으로, 행사 중 700건 이상의 협상이 진행됐으며, 50건 이상의 협력 합의서가 체결됐다.
러시아 국무총리 Dmitry Medvedev는 “올해 포럼은 유럽 내 최대 규모의 테크노파크로 여겨지는 Skolkovo Technopark에서 개최됐다”며 “흥미로운 프로젝트를 수행하고, 원래의 아이디어를 만들어 가는 것을 도와주는 성공적인 출발점의 하나에 대한 명백한 사례라고 할 수 있다. 포럼 참가자들이 새로운 지식을 얻기 위해 협력하고자 하는 의지에 대한 특별한 분위기를 느꼈을 것이라고 확신한다”라고 말했다.
러시아 부총리 Arkady Dvorkovich, 이스라엘 과학, 기술 및 우주부장관 Ofir Akunis, 싱가포르 무역산업부 장관 Koh Poh Koon 박사, Skolkovo 펀드 책임자 Viktor Vekselberg, 모스크바 과학, 산업정책 및 기업부 책임자 Oleg Bocharov도 이번 포럼에 참석했다.
올해 이스라엘은 포럼의 협력국가였다. 과학과 기술은 이스라엘에서 가장 발전된 분야로, 과학연구 분야에서 4위에 해당하는 위상을 차지한다. 이러한 주제는 ‘스타트업 국가: 이스라엘 방식의 사업 수행 - 최선의 실천사례의 전달’ 세션에서 논의됐다. 이스라엘 내 구글 연구개발센터 운영이사이자 ‘검색에 대한 추세와 통찰’의 저자인 Yossi Matias는 인공지능과 스마트기기에 대해 강연했다. 이스라엘 고도기술의 ‘대부’인 Yossi Vardi는 전 세계 스타트업 커뮤니티 지도자들 간 회의를 이끌었다.

MOSCOW, October 28, 2016/PRNewswire/ -- On 26 - 28 October Skolkovo Technopark hosted the 5th annual Open Innovations Forum. This event was important for developing Russia's innovative ecosystem. This Forum welcomed more than 13 500 guests from more than 100 countries, 600 speakers, hosted more than 100 sessions. More than 300 investors and venture funds, about 1 200 representatives of innovative structures, more than 2 000 corporate representatives, and 3 000 startups took part in the Forum.

This year for three days Skolkovo Technopark became a working space for open discussions, associate meetings and a search for partners and investors. The Forum's success was the direct result of the number of meetings held and agreements achieved - above 700 negotiations were conducted on the venue, more 50 partner agreements were signed.
Dmitry Medvedev, Prime Minister of Russia, said: "This year, the Forum is to take place at Skolkovo Technopark, which is considered to be the largest technopark in Europe. It is a clear example of a successful start-up that helps to implement interesting projects and generate original ideas. Arkady Dvorkovich, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Ofir Akunis, Israel's Minister of Science, Technology and Space, Dr Koh Poh Koon, Minister of Trade and Industry of Singapore, Viktor Vekselberg, Head of Skolkovo Fund, and Oleg Bocharov, Head of the Moscow Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship, participated in the Forum.
This year Israel was the partner-state of the Forum. Science and technology are the most developed spheres in the country, which is 4th in the world in the sphere of scientific research. This topic was discussed during the "Startup Nation": doing business Israel's way - transfer of best practices" session. Yossi Matias, the Managing Director of Google's R&D Center in Israel and the author of Trends, Insights for Search, gave a talk on artificial intelligence and smart machines. Yossi Vardi, the 'godfather' of Israel's hi-tech, led the meeting of global startup communities' leaders.
Other prominent figures of global innovative process led several events of the Forum. Paul Misener (USA), the vice-president of Amazon, shared the secret to the company's success. Dirk Alborn (USA), CEO in JumpStarter Inc. and Hyperloop Transportation, offered his view on megaprojects. Bas Lansdorp (the Netherlands), co-founder of Mars One, discussed the prospect of colonizing the Red Planet.
The Open Innovations Forum is held annually in Moscow since 2012.
