커넥티드 차 및 자율주행차의 개발은 새로운 설계와 검증에 대한 방법론뿐만 아니라 새로운 수단이 필요하다. 이러한 혁신을 위한 핵심 요구사항에는 새로운 기술을 공공도로에 도입하기 전에 이를 개발하고, 검증할 수 있는 전용 폐쇄형 시험환경이 포함된다. 이러한 합의를 통해, 자동화, 통신 및 IT 산업계는 두 회사 간 전문성의 결합에 따른 혜택을 받게 된다.

The development of connected and automated vehicles requires new design and validation methodologies as well as new tools. Key requirements for these innovations include dedicated closed test environments where new technologies can be developed and validated before being deployed on public roads. As a result of this alliance, the automotive, the communication and the IT industries will benefit from the combined expertise of both companies.
Applus IDIADA offers the know-how in testing and development of connected and automated vehicles and more than 20 years' experience in designing and managing proving grounds.
