갱신된 3년간의 계약에서 코그니전트는 볼보 자동차가 F&A 및 조달 프로세스를 조정하고 IPA(지능형 프로세스 자동화)를 구현하여 효율성을 높이고 지속적인 디지털 혁신 여정을 지원하도록 할 것이다. 또한 볼보 자동차는 최고 수준의 POT(Payment on Time), 고도로 자동화된 비대면 방식의 인보이스 처리, 티케팅 툴을 활용한 공급업체 및 고객의 질문에 대한 신속한 해결을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 서비스 제공 비용을 절감하고 전반적인 비즈니스 성과를 개선할 수 있게 될 것이다.

TEANECK, N.J., Feb. 9, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Cognizant [https://www.cognizant.com/ ] (Nasdaq: CTSH) announced today that it has renewed its contract agreement with Volvo Cars to provide finance and accounting (F&A), and procurement services. The agreement covers the car maker's global accounts payable and accounts receivable, direct and indirect procurement and logistics services.
In the new three-year agreement, Cognizant will enable Volvo Cars to harmonize its F&A and procurement processes and implement Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) to drive efficiency and support its ongoing digital transformation journey. Using best in class Payment On Time (POT), highly automated, contactless processing of invoices, quicker resolution to supplier and customer queries through ticketing tools, Volvo Cars will also be able to reduce the cost of delivery of business process services and improve overall business outcomes.
